Totals include one-time fees. Shipping not included. Some suppliers only sell fixed amounts (like 240 instead of 250), so the winner is decided on price per box.

Our pick for: Low minimums, cheap at volume

Arka

Lets you start with just 10 boxes and gets competitive at 500+. Reviews mention uneven print quality, so check a proof carefully.

What reviewers say: Friendly support and low minimums. Some reviewers report blurry printing and thinner boxes.

Our pick for: Tiny test runs

Fantastapack

Lets you order as few as 5 boxes, which is handy for testing a design. It's among the priciest at larger sizes and has only a handful of mostly negative reviews, so order a sample before anything bigger.

What reviewers say: Very few reviews and mostly negative: short-shipped quantities, print problems and slow support, with the odd reviewer praising flexible timelines.
