Privacy policy

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we only email you about what you asked for, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Your email and alert settings when you set a price alert or join the monthly roundup: the box style, size, quantity and target price you chose, and your email preferences.
- What you type into our forms: big-order quote requests, design project details, "notify me" requests and wrong-price reports.
- Usage analytics, only if you allow them: Google Analytics tells us which pages and comparisons are useful, which supplier buttons get clicked, and rough device and location information. If you choose "No thanks," analytics cookies aren't set.
- Things saved in your own browser: your kit, saved suppliers and cookie choice are stored on your device only. We can't see them.
How we use it
- To send the alerts and roundups you asked for, and nothing else unless you opt in.
- To reply to quote and design requests.
- To fix wrong prices and decide which products to compare next.
- To understand, in aggregate, what's working on the site.
Who processes it for us
- Google Firebase hosts the site, stores form submissions and handles email sign-in links.
- Google Analytics measures site use, only with your consent.
- MailerLite will send our alert and roundup emails once that's set up.
When you click through to a supplier, Amazon or a shipping tool, you're on their site and their privacy policy applies. They may know you came from us so they can credit a commission.
Your choices
- Change or delete alerts, change which emails you get, or unsubscribe from everything atManage alerts. Every email also has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete everything we hold about you, emailhello@supplyrunhq.com. We'll handle it within 30 days.
- We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.
Everything else
